How to access Creative Insights
To view the individual creatives performance:
Select the thumbnail to preview the creative
Select the 'Creative Insights' button on the top bar of the preview
What views are available in the Creative Insights tab?
Meta
Active status and the create date for when the creative asset has launched
Creative tags (if on a custom brand plan)
Video Plays (watch ratio)
Gender & age breakdown
Performance metrics
TikTok
Active status and the create date for when the creative asset has launched

Video Plays (CTR vs Audience Retention) - TikTok allows you to dive deeper into video plays, seeing exactly when the viewer dropped off in the video! (as shown below)

Performance metrics
There are some scenarios where Video Play charts will not show in the Creative Insights view.
TikTok spark ads
Meta carousel ads (as there may be multiple videos)
Dynamic creative ads
Meta page posts (reach out to us to potentially solve this scenario - as there may be a permissions issues)
Share insights with your team
With the creative insights feature, you also have the ability to share this view directly with your team.
Select the 'Copy Link' button in this view, which will generate a shareable URL to the insights within this creative.
This link isn't shareable with anyone outside your Motion organization, so only those who are listed members in your Motion account will see this link page.
