If you or a member was recently invited to Motion and are met with an onboarding screen asking you to name a workspace and connect a data source - you likely set up a brand new organization instead of joining the existing one!
Usually, this is because the new member signed up for Motion before or instead of accepting the invite directly from their email.
Here's an example of what you should see on sign-up:
To solve this we recommend the following steps:
1. The invited user deletes their account using this link here
2. After you confirm the deletion, resend an invite
3. The invited user should accept the new invite directly from their email
