Viewing archived or deleted ads in Motion
Motion can only access ads that were active or archived after you've connected your ad account to the platform.
What this means:
Ads archived or deleted before installing Motion will not appear in your reports
From the date you connect Motion forward, all archived ads will remain accessible in your account

If you've archived or deleted ads that aren't showing in Motion, contact our support team by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen.
