Every team's briefing process is slightly different, but including the right context, goals, and testing plan is essential for creative strategy in 2025.

We've got three here for you to copy and make your own:

#1 comes from Alysha (OG Motion power user turned in-house creative guru):

"This brief follows EXACTLY what I shared at the Day In the Life of a Creative Strategist at last year's Creative Strategy Summit (watch here): there should always be a reason that you're making this ad—why is it important?"

#2 and #3 come from Audrey (Ex. Huel & AI-first creative strategist):

"I keep these as simple as possible, give your creatives/creators only the absolutely critical details, extra fluff just causes confusion."

To start using any of the templates, go to File >> Make a copy and clean up your briefing process in just a few minutes.

And we've got PDF versions right here. ⬇️
