Welcome to your Leaderboard—your personal assistant for running weekly creative meetings. This high-level view of your Motion reporting will give your team clear insights in just a few minutes, including your top creatives leaderboard and performance trends. 📊

Note: Creative Highlights is now called Leaderboard; the functionality is the same!

Leaderboard is currently only available for Meta.

How to find your Leaderboard

To view your weekly results, sign in to Motion and select ‘Leaderboard’ on the left sidebar.

Account overview

Your overview covers macro trends in your account over the last 7 days:

  • Total spend and a week-over-week comparison

  • Your average goal metric (ROAS, CPC, etc.) from your ad account and a week-over-week comparison

  • The number of creatives launched

Use your overview as a performance pulse check on how your ads account is doing and what’s changed in the last week. Great for team leaders who need a quick recap.

Top creatives

Your weekly ads leaderboard ranks your top-performing ads based on spend. Use this billboard to track which creatives are driving results over time.

It showcases how your rankings have changed, how long an ad has been on the leaderboard, when it peaked, and its spend and average goal metric.

Your performance data will be updated daily to give you the most current look possible.

Performance trends

Track the biggest weekly shifts in scaling, declining, new, and paused creatives to stay on top of performance trends.

Use these categories to make decisions like doubling down on a winner or investigate a declining ad.

Achievements

These badges are awarded for top-performing creatives in metrics like:

  • Top watch—audiences tend to watch these creatives for longer

  • Top click—these creatives are effective at driving clicks

They’re basically stickers for grown-ups—and they’re a great way to share the love with your team.

And that’s it! Use it to speed up your weekly team reviews, keep everyone updated, and find more opportunities to ship world-class creative. 🚀
