Setting up your Motion login to see ad account data
With Motion there are two steps you need to take to see your ad account data in Motion. You first need to initially connect your ad account to a workspace (the account you want to see the ad data for). You then need to ensure all members on Motion have been given permissions to the ad account.
After connecting the ad account to Motion, these are the steps which will walk you through connecting your profile to your Motion login, to ensure you have the full permissions needed.
How to set up Meta permissions
Head to the bottom left corner of your Motion dashboard, and select 'My account'
Select the 'Integrations' tab
Connect a profile under the Meta section
The user connected here will also need permissions to the ad account on. Facebook's end. To set this up, head to the business manager on Facebook's end.
In your Facebook business manager, under the Users > People tab, ensure the user connected to Motion is also listed here.
Make sure this user has been given permissions to the Ad account.
Once permissions have been given to the ad account for the user, reports should load in Motion.
