Deleting Your Organization
Only the Owner can delete an entire organization. To delete your organization:
Log into Motion.
In the bottom-left corner, click on your organization name.
Click on Account Settings.
Click on Organization members in the sidebar.
In the General section, scroll down and click Delete Organization.
Deleting Your Workspace
To delete a workspace in Motion:
Log into Motion and open the workspace you want to delete.
Click the Workspace dropdown in the top-left corner.
Select Workspace settings.
Under the General tab, scroll down and click Delete workspace.
⚠️ This action is permanent ⚠️
Deleting a workspace will erase all associated data, saved content, and reports. This data cannot be recovered.
Deleting your Account (Without affecting Organizations and Workspaces)
To delete your user account in Motion:
Log in to your Motion account.
In the top-left corner, click on the workspace dropdown.
Go to Workspace settings.
Navigate to the My Profile section.
Scroll down and click Delete account.
⚠️ Note ⚠️
If you are the owner of the organization, you will not be able to delete your account. This is to prevent accidental deletion of all associated data. Please contact Support to proceed.
If you are not an owner, deleting your account will remove you from all workspaces and organizations you are a part of.
