Motion pulls in Custom Conversions and Custom Events, however we cannot pull in Custom Metrics, as they are not accessible through Meta API.
You should see your Custom Conversion and Custom Event metrics by scrolling down to your table chart, selecting the "custom" button > selecting "customize columns" and then searching the name of the metric you want to add to your report in the search bar in the window that pops up!
